Pot Roast Slow Cooked


  • 3lb roast
  • 3 Tbsp Bailan Spice Steak Seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1lb carrots, cleaned, and chopped
  • 1 medium onion, peeled, and diced
  • 2 lb potatoes, peeled, and chopped
  • 3 stalks of celery, cleaned and, chopped
  • 1 cup of low sodium beef broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste (optional)

How To

  • Add salt and pepper to Bailan Spice Steak Seasoning to taste in a bowl (optional)
  • Heat oil in skillet and sear till brown on each side
  • Transfer roast to slow cooker and coat with Bailan Spice Steak Seasoning mix
  • Place potatoes, carrots, celery, and onions on the roast
  • Pour broth and cook for 6hrs on high or 9hrs on low
  • When ready, slice beef againt the grain and serve with the vegetables and gravy from the botton of the cooker
