- 2 lbs of fresh spinach
- 1 pk Bailan Nana's Chicken Spice
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp of vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
- Rinse the spinach well in cold water
- Heat the oil and saute the onion and Bailan Nana's Chicken Spice over medium heat for about 1 minute
- Add the spinach and salt, toss it with the onion and oil. Cook it for 3 minutes. Tip: For softer spinance, close the pan and cook for 2 mins longer.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
