Ingredients
- 2lbs. sirloin steak (or chicken thighs), cut into 1 inch pieces
- 2 Tbsp of Bailan Steak Seasoning
- 1 large onion, cut into strips
- 2 large bell peppers (yellow and red), cut into strips
- Salt and boulion to taste
- 1/4 purple cabbage, cut into strips (optional)
- Parsley to garnish (optional)
- 12 skewers (Tip: Soak skewers in lightly salted water for 30minutes to prevent burning and enhance meat flavor)
How To
- Place beef in a freezer bag, add Steak Seasoing, salt and boulion to taste. Shake to coat and let coated beef sit in the bag for 30 minutes in a cool place
- Cut onions, bell peppers, and cabbage, and mix in a bowl
- Thread meat through skewers and preheat grill to medium-high
- Place meat on grill and cook for 8-10minutes on each side till fully cooked
- Remove and serve with the vegetable mix
