Ras El Hanout Minced Beef

Ingredients

  • 1lb Minced beef (or minced turkey)
  • 1.5tbsp Bailan Spice Ras el Hanout
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/2 red onion (chopped)
  • 1 can tomatoes (chopped)
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

How To

  • Sautee the onions and garlic in the olive oil
  • Add beef, 1tbsp of Bailan Spice Ras el Hanout, salt and pepper to taste. Cook till brown
  • Add tomatoes and 0.5tbsp of Bailan Spice Ras el Hanout. Stir and bring to a boil for 15min
  • When ready, serve with pasta, cousous, or rice
