Ingredients
- 1lb Minced beef (or minced turkey)
- 1.5tbsp Bailan Spice Ras el Hanout
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 red onion (chopped)
- 1 can tomatoes (chopped)
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
How To
- Sautee the onions and garlic in the olive oil
- Add beef, 1tbsp of Bailan Spice Ras el Hanout, salt and pepper to taste. Cook till brown
- Add tomatoes and 0.5tbsp of Bailan Spice Ras el Hanout. Stir and bring to a boil for 15min
- When ready, serve with pasta, cousous, or rice
