Ingredients
- 1lb chicken thighs
- 3 tsp Bailan Spice Ras el Hanout
- 1 tbl olive oil
- Salt to taste
How To
- Pre-heat the oven to between 375 and 380 degrees
- Place chicken in a baking tray and sprinkle Bailan Spice Ras el Hanout, salt, and oil on both sides [Tip: Line baking dish with foil paper to save on cleaning]
- Cover with foil and bake for 25minutes [Note: Check oven settings as time may vary]
- Remove cover and brown for about 5minutes
- Serve as an appetizer or as part of the main course
