Ras el Hanout Grilled Chicken


  • 1lb chicken thighs
  • 3 tsp Bailan Spice Ras el Hanout
  • 1 tbl olive oil
  • Salt to taste

How To

  • Pre-heat the oven to between 375 and 380 degrees
  • Place chicken in a baking tray and sprinkle Bailan Spice Ras el Hanout, salt, and oil on both sides [Tip: Line baking dish with foil paper to save on cleaning]
  • Cover with foil and bake for 25minutes [Note: Check oven settings as time may vary]
  • Remove cover and brown for about 5minutes
  • Serve as an appetizer or as part of the main course
