Sweet Potatoes with Moroccan Vegetable Seasoning
- 1 cup of diced sweet potatoes
- ½ tsp Bailan Spice Moroccan Roasted Vegetable seasoning
- ½ tsp olive oil
- Sprinkle of chili flakes (optional)
- Pinch of salt to taste
- Coat potatoes with seasoning, salt, chili flakes, and oil in a bowl
- Add 1 tsp of water
- Cook in the microwave for 5-7mins with microwave cover until potatoes are fully cooked
- Serve hot as a side dish, or enjoy with an omelet for breakfast!
