Shrimp with Cape Malay Curry


  • 2lb uncooked shrimp
  • 2tbsp South African Curry – Cape Malay
  • 1 tbsp organic coconut oil
  • 1/2 onions, sliced
  • 1 red bell peppers, diced
  • Handful of spinach leaves
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • salt to taste

How To

  • Put shrimp, South African Curry – Cape Malay, coconut oil, onions, and salt. Cook for 7-10 minutes
  • Add bell peppers and spinach to curry shrimp
  • Mix well so the shrimp and vegetables get to know each other
  • Serve with a bowl of white or brown rice
