Ingredients
- 2lb uncooked shrimp
- 2tbsp South African Curry – Cape Malay
- 1 tbsp organic coconut oil
- 1/2 onions, sliced
- 1 red bell peppers, diced
- Handful of spinach leaves
- 1/4 cup of water
- salt to taste
How To
- Put shrimp, South African Curry – Cape Malay, coconut oil, onions, and salt. Cook for 7-10 minutes
- Add bell peppers and spinach to curry shrimp
- Mix well so the shrimp and vegetables get to know each other
- Serve with a bowl of white or brown rice
