Ingredients
- 1 cup pearl couscous
- 1 tsp Bailan Ras el Hanout
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1.5 cups of water
- 1/2 cup of thawed peas and carrots
- Salt to taste
How To
- Lightly fry couscous with olive oil for 1-2 minutes on medium heat
- Add Bailan Ras el Hanout, water, and salt. Let simmer for 6 minutes
- Add peas and carrots. stir and let simmer for 3-4 minutes
- Remove from heat and let stand for 3 minutes with cover on
- Fluff with fork and enjoy with Bailan Ras el Hanout lamb chops
