Pearl Couscous with Ras el Hanout


  • 1 cup pearl couscous
  • 1 tsp Bailan Ras el Hanout 
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1.5 cups of water
  • 1/2 cup of thawed peas and carrots
  • Salt to taste

How To

  • Lightly fry couscous with olive oil for 1-2 minutes on medium heat
  • Add Bailan Ras el Hanout, water, and salt. Let simmer for 6 minutes
  • Add peas and carrots. stir and let simmer for 3-4 minutes
  • Remove from heat and let stand for 3 minutes with cover on
  • Fluff with fork and enjoy with Bailan Ras el Hanout lamb chops
